Texan Eagle Design & Construction...

Texan Eagle Design & Construction, LLC was founded in 2021 to provide industrial, residential, and commercial drafting & design services for local Engineers and Architects; as well as consulting services for local contractors. We have expanded to provide design services for new construction, remodels, renovations, and light commercial. We also provide drawings for permitting for the City of Houston and surrounding areas.

Luis Sanchez (Managing Member) ...

Luis has called Katy, Texas home for over 20 years.

He started drafting house plans for a local home designer while attending High School & College. After graduating from Lamar University Institute of Technology in Beaumont, Texas, he was employed by a commercial Engineering firm. While there, he helped draft and design Architectural and Engineering drawings for various commercial and industrial buildings. Upon moving to the City of Katy, he starting working for an Engineering & Construction firm specializing in site acquisition, development and construction of cellular transmission sites. He then transitioned into the oil & gas industry, gathering experience in onshore and offshore processing facilities. Luis's variety of knowledge, experience, quality and timeliness is reflected in every project he is involved with.
